Hedlund Aktiebolag (Reg. No. 559463-0302), the entity behind the brand Timmermansgatan
13 ("we" or "us"), and apply to all use of and orders placed on the Timmermansgatan 13
website (timmermansgatan13.com) and orders made via email at
contact@timmermansgatan13.com (collectively, the "Website"). Note that not all products on
the Website are guaranteed to be in stock or available for purchase. We reserve the right to
discontinue any product at any time. We may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time,
with the latest update noted in the final section. Users are responsible for staying informed of
any changes. The terms in effect at the time of your order will apply. Keep a copy of these
Terms and Conditions for future reference.

Placing an Order

By using the Website and/or placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accept
these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. Before placing an order, review your
selections, the information provided, the total price, and correct any errors. Products in your
shopping bag are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers until you complete
checkout and receive an order confirmation email. Inactive sessions may result in lost
selections.

Acceptance of Order

After submitting your order, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order
number, product details, payment details, and delivery details. This email acknowledges
receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance of the order.

Disclaimer

We strive to display accurate information on the Website but cannot guarantee it is free of
inaccuracies or typographical errors. We may change the Website content and product range
at any time. If an error leads to an incorrect charge, we will offer you the option to place a
new order with the correct price or cancel your order. We will cancel the order automatically
if we cannot contact you. We are not responsible for any damage from using or not being able
to use the Website. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or secure access to the Website.

Payment

We accept VISA and Mastercard, verified by a secure code. The order amount will be
captured from your account when you place your order. If you wish to cancel your order
before shipment, contact us for a refund. All credit/debit card transactions are processed using
Adyen, a secure online payment gateway. Payment is debited and cleared upon our
acceptance of your order. You confirm the card used is yours or you are authorized to use it.
All cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If
payment is not authorized, your order will be canceled.

Delivery

We offer various shipping methods at checkout. We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours on
weekdays (excluding Swedish bank holidays). Delivery times are guidelines and start from
dispatch date. Delays may occur due to payment authorization or stock availability. Provide
correct billing and shipping information to avoid delays.

Returns

Items purchased on our Website can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery:
• Items must be unused and in original condition. Items used for photoshoots are not
considered unused.
• Items must be returned in their brand box and pouch, undamaged.
• We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these requirements. Rejected
returns will be notified by email.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• The original shipping cost for orders under 1000 SEK will not be refunded.

To return an item, contact us at contact@timmermansgatan13.com with your order number,
item name, and size. Package the item in its brand box and pouch, place it in a secure carton
box, and ship it back to:

Exchanges

To exchange an item, follow the return procedure and place a new order.

Refunds

Returns meeting criteria and within 14 days will be refunded to the original payment method.
Processing may take up to 14 business days. Seasonal times may extend processing. Original
shipping costs and costs for uncollected packages will not be refunded.

Quality Guarantee

Contact us within 7 days of receipt for items classified as faulty or damaged. Our quality
guarantee covers manufacturing defects, not damage from improper use or normal wear and
tear.

Loss of Goods

We are not responsible for loss of goods. Contact customer support if an item is
malfunctioning.

All content on the Website is owned by or licensed to Samuelsson Hedlund Aktiebolag. You
may use material from the Website for personal, non-commercial use, provided this notice is
included. Do not charge for use, publish, retransmit, or distribute material without prior
written consent. Do not modify material without prior written permission.

Responsibility

Our liabilities are limited to these Terms and Conditions unless otherwise stipulated by law.
We are not liable for indirect damages, such as loss of profit, or in cases of force majeure. Our
liabilities will not exceed your total purchase amount per order. In force majeure events, our
obligations are suspended, and the contract may be partially or fully terminated by you or us.
